Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the slotvil platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the slotvil website, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use slotvil, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction.
Each player may hold only one slotvil account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
slotvil provides deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Use them. Gaming should always be entertainment.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on slotvil, accessing the slotvil website, or using any service offered by slotvil, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on slotvil, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.

3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration
To access the full range of slotvil services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested by slotvil for identity verification purposes.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active slotvil account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. slotvil reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slotvil login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs). You must not share your account credentials with any third party. slotvil will never ask for your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify slotvil support immediately.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)
slotvil may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
slotvil accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account has been fully verified; (b) you have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold for your chosen payment method; and (d) no suspicious activity flags are active on your account. slotvil processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on slotvil are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). slotvil is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
slotvil complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your slotvil account. Deposits that cannot be verified may be returned to the originating payment method, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by slotvil are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. slotvil reserves the right to void bonus winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time period.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
slotvil actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and their account may be permanently suspended.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
slotvil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.
6. Gameplay Rules
6.1 Fair Play
All games available on slotvil use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently verified by accredited testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed for all slot games. slotvil does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the published house edge inherent to each game type.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, slotvil reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. slotvil is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager amount.
6.3 Disputed Results
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact slotvil support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. slotvil will investigate using server-side game logs, which are the definitive record of all game outcomes. The decision of slotvil following investigation is final and binding.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on slotvil and are displayed within each game interface. slotvil reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any player account at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slotvil platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Creating or operating more than one slotvil account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play with other players.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the slotvil platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the slotvil platform without the prior written consent of slotvil.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slotvil, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the slotvil platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
- Interruption of service due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond slotvil's reasonable control.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Any reliance placed on information or content published on the slotvil platform.
slotvil's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your slotvil account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination & Suspension
slotvil reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against slotvil.
- At your own request, including via self-exclusion.
Upon termination for cause, slotvil may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause (e.g., voluntary closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12. Amendments to These Terms
slotvil may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the slotvil platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the slotvil platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting slotvil support.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to slotvil's internal dispute resolution process. You must contact slotvil support in writing, clearly describing the nature of your dispute. slotvil will respond within ten (10) business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
